Anana Coffee Roasters was founded in Athens in 2019, born out of a series of travels and a growing obsession with specialty coffee and what it can express. What started as inspiration gradually became a fully in-house roastery, a café, and a community built around quality, curiosity, and a plant-based approach to food and coffee culture.

Based in the heart of Athens on Praxitelous Street, Anana has become one of the city's most recognisable specialty coffee destinations. They source coffees scoring 84 points and above, working exclusively with trusted partners and aligning their buying cycles with each country's harvest season. The result is coffee that is always fresh, always traceable, and always roasted with intention.

Their roasting philosophy centres on clarity and balance, letting the natural character of each origin come through without interference. Single origin lots, clean processing, and a transparent approach to sourcing define how they work.

Beyond the coffee itself, Anana has built something harder to put into words: a space where specialty coffee, vegan food, and a genuine love for craft come together under one roof.
