When do you ship?

We ship every order at the end of each month. If you order after the 7th, we will ship your order at the end of the next month.

Which roastery will be next month?

At the beginning of each month, we reveal who the new two roasteries will be.

Do you only send whole bean coffee?

Yes, we only send whole bean coffee, because this way the unique aroma and taste of the coffee are not lost.

What is the last date I can order?

The last date you can order is the 7th of each month.

How many grams are the coffee packages?

The coffee packages from the roasteries we work with are usually between 200 and 250 grams.

How do I know my coffee is on its way?

You will receive an email as soon as we ship your order.

How often do you change the roasteries?

Every month we choose two new roasteries. We do not deliver from a roastery that has participated in the last 12 months.

When can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel it after the 7th, it will only take effect from the following month.

How can I change my delivery details.

Do you offer coffee for offices?

Yes, we can also supply your office with specialty coffee every month. For details, contact us at email: [email protected]

Do you repackage the coffees?

No, you receive the coffee in its original packaging, because each roastery has its own unique style and we want to show it.
