Terms and Conditions in Brief – Cafeato Ltd.

By placing an order on cafeato.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have parental consent for the purchase. All personal information you provide is processed by Caféato Ltd. in accordance with applicable law. Events beyond the control of Caféato are considered force majeure. The prices valid at the time of the order are applicable. Delivery and payment details are confirmed before finalizing the order.

1. General Provisions

By placing an order through cafeato.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions, which govern all sales and deliveries made by Caféato Ltd. Changes to these terms are valid only if confirmed in writing by Caféato Ltd.

2. Personal Data

Caféato Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with Bulgarian and European data protection legislation (GDPR). The data is used to process orders, manage subscriptions, and provide newsletters or promotional offers (if you have subscribed). Data is shared only with trusted partners such as Stripe for payment processing. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at [email protected].

3. Payment

The products remain the property of Caféato Ltd. until full payment is received. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Please review Stripe's terms for more information on payment processing.

4. Delivery

Orders are sent to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the delivery details. Address changes must be communicated before the monthly processing date. Caféato Ltd. is not responsible for deliveries sent to the wrong address. Re-shipping a returned package may result in additional delivery costs.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle. The customer can cancel their subscription at any time for the following month. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

6. Returns and Complaints

Due to hygiene and health requirements, Caféato Ltd. does not accept returns of coffee products. If you receive a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, stating the order number and, if possible, attaching photos. Each case is considered individually.

7. Taxes and Fees

Depending on your country, local taxes or customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Force Majeure

Caféato Ltd. is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply interruptions.

9. Changes

Caféato Ltd. reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order is applicable.
